º MODIFICACION DE LA ACTIVIDAD AUTORIZADA. Cuando la actividad para la cual se concedió el permiso al menor sea modificada, el empleador informará de esta circunstancia al funcionario que otorgó la respectiva autorización, para que constate que la labor que va a desempeñar el menor no le causará perjuicio moral o físico.
