Art. 2º De los delitos contra la propiedad, cualquiera que sea su denominación jurídica, conocen :

Los Jueces municipales, cuando la cuantía exceda de veinte pesos, sin pasar de cincuenta; LosJueces deCircuito, cuando la cuantía exceda de cincuenta pesos, sin pasar de ciento cincuenta; Los Jueces Superiores, con intervención del Jurado, cuando la cuantía exceda de ciento cincuenta pesos.

Parágrafo

La Policia conocera de los mismos delitos, siempre que la cuantía no exceda de veinte pesos.
