Art. 195. Las apelaciones se dirigirán al Contador ó á la Sala, en su caso, y éste ó ésta dictará inmediatamente que las reciba una resolución concediendo el recurso, si hubiere sido intentado en tiempo hábil, y pasará la apelación con la cuenta y autos y contestaciones respectivas á la entidad superior cuyas decisiones se llevarán a efecto inmediatamente.
