Art. 4.° La cuenta de la Direccion del Crédito nacional se rendirá mensualmente a la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas en los quince primeros dias del siguiente mes, para que ésta verifique un exámen preparatorio que sirva de base al que debe practicar la comision lejislativa de crédito nacional. Al efecto, la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas presentará al Congreso, en los cinco primeros dias de su reunion, un informe que contenga todos los reparos que se hayan hecho a la indicada cuenta.
