Gerente . El Gerente de la Empresa es de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva. En las faltas absolutas del Gerente, entendiéndose por estas muerte, la renuncia aceptada y en las licencias no remuneradas mayores de treinta (30) días, así como las suspensiones ocasionadas por investigaciones administrativas o judiciales, cualquiera que fuere su duración, la Junta Directiva procederá a nombrare sucesor. En las fallas transitorias, el Gerente designará dentro del personal directivo quien lo reemplazará.
