° Entidades destinatarias de este Decreto. Están obligadas a acatar las disposiciones contenidas en este Decreto, el Banco Cafetero, la Caja Agraria y cualquier otro establecimiento de crédito, organizado como empresa industrial y comercial del Estado o sociedad de economía mixta, con participación estatal igual o superior al 90% del capital social, que hubiere otorgado créditos a productores de café.
