°. Establecer un gravamen arancelario del cero por ciento (0%), para la impor­tación de materias primas clasificables por las subpartidas 3402.12.10.00, 3823.70.90.00, 3905.99.90.00, 3906.90.21.00 y 4703.21.00.00.

Parágrafo

El gravamen establecido en el presente artículo tendrá vigencia hasta 31 de diciembre de 2010. Vencido este término se restablecerá el gravamen arancelario vigente en el Decreto 4589 de 2006.
