Art. 5° El personal de cada Tribunal se compondrá de dos Ministros Jueces; de un Fiscal; un Secretario, que desempeñará las funciones de registrador i tasador de costas; de un oficial; de un portero escribiente; i de los demás subalternos que establezcan las Cámaras de provincia.

Parágrafo

: Se esceptúa de la disposición de este artículo el Tribunal de Bogotá, el cual se establecerá de la manera especial que determina la lei.
