DE LAS SANCIONES POR CONDUCTAS INDEBIDAS. Sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones que prevean las disposiciones vigentes, serán destituidos los miembros de las Juntas Directivas y los Gerentes o Directores que, con ocasión del ejercicio de sus funciones, ilícitamente reciban o hagan dar o prometer dinero u otra utilidad, para sí o para un tercero; den a conocer documentos o noticias que deben mantener en secreto; o que valiéndose de su cargo, ejecuten funciones públicas distintas de las que legalmente les corresponden.
