Requisitos de transparencia y revelación. Las Entidades Empresariales referidas en el numeral 5.4 anterior, que pretendan solemnizar reformas estatutarias consistentes en fusión y escisión bajo el régimen de autorización general, deben cumplir con la totalidad de los requisitos de transparencia y revelación que a continuación se enumeran, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados en la ley para este tipo de reformas:
