Quienes hayan suscrito contratos con el Gobierno para la importación de materias primas con destino a la producción de bienes de exportación, podrán exportar mercancías de las previstas en el contrato, que hayan manufacturado con materia prima importada antes de la fecha del mismo. En este caso, en la cuenta corriente que se lleve a cada exportador se abonarán las cantidades de las respectivas materias primas, previo concepto favorable de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior.
