Art. 6. ° Cuando el militar no deje viuda, ó si ésta muere, pasa á otras nupcias ó pierde su derecho por mala conducta, la asignación tocará, por igual también, á los hijos legítimos del difunto, pero los varones lo perderán cuando entren en su mayor edad ó antes de esto, si contraen matrimonio, ú Obtienen un destino público remunerado, y las mujeres lo disfrutarán hasta que tomen estado. La cuota del que muera no acrece á las de los restantes.
