Art. 5° Los nombres de los individuos que, no obstante hallarse en uno de los casos de este decreto, obtengan el grado de Bachiller, serán publicados en los "Anales de la Universidad" i en el " Diario Oficial," con las recomendaciones del caso, i tendrán derecho a que se haga mención de esta circunstancia en el diploma de doctor o profesor que obtengan al fin de sus estudios.
