º . Grupos significativos de ciudadanos. Para efectos de este decreto, se entiende por grupo significativo de ciudadanos aquel equivalente al menos al veinte por ciento del resultado de dividir el número de ciudadanos aptos para votar entre el número de puestos o curules por proveer. En ningún caso se exigirán más de cincuenta mil firmas para permitir la inscripción de una lista.
