FACULTAD PARA REDUCIR EL ANTICIPO EN FORMA GENERAL. El Gobierno Nacional podrá autorizar reducciones del anticipo del impuesto, cuando en un ejercicio gravable causas ajenas a la voluntad de los contribuyentes hagan prever razonablemente una disminución general de las rentas provenientes de determinada actividad económica.
