ARTICULO 30. Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones. La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones del Ministerio estará integrada por: El Secretario General, quien la presidirá. El Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica. El Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno, con voz pero sin voto. El Jefe de la División Administrativa. El Jefe de la División Financiera. El secretario der la Junta será el Jefe de la División Administrativa. Por convocatoria o invitación del Presidente de la Junta participarán, con voz pero sin voto, las personas que se consideren necesarias.
