El Ministerio de Obras Públicas por conducto de la Sección de Carreteras y Ferrocarriles Nacionales, pavimentará la parte de la carretera del Suroeste, comprendida desde la entrada a la ciudad por el Norte, pasando por el puente Tomas Cipriano de Mosquera , hasta el puente sobre el rio Ejido, al sur, de la referida capital.
