°. Los Comisionistas de Bolsa deberán acreditar que su capital asciende cuando menos a dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000) cuando se trate de Sociedades Colectivas. Si optan por constituirse como Sociedades Anónimas, su capital mínimo será de diez millones de pesos ($10.000.000). No obstante lo anterior, el Superintendente Bancario podrá exigir un capital superior cuando las condiciones del mercado así lo aconsejen, previo concepto de la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
