La libertad vigilada consiste en confiar el menor a su propia familia, o a una extraña honorable, o a un establecimiento industrial o agrícola, bajo las condiciones que el Juez señale, mediante causion suficiente, si lo juzga necesario, y bajo la vigilancia del Juez o de los Delegados de Estudio y Vigilancia.
