º. La Corporación Autónoma Regional de Nariño ejecutará los planes, programas y proyectos que tenga previstos en la Intendencia Nacional del Putumayo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1984 fecha en la cual hará las transferencias a la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Putumayo a que haya lugar.
