DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL PRESENTE ESTATUTO. Los representantes de la nación o de sus entidades descentralizadas en los órganos directivos de las sociedades o asociaciones aquí previstas promoverán las reformas estatutarias indispensables para ajustar la organización y el funcionamiento de dichas personas jurídicas a las normas de este estatuto.
