El comisionado tendrá derecho a pasajes de ida y regreso y viáticos a razón de doscientos setenta dólares (US$ 270.00) diarios, que se pagarán con cargo a l presupuesto del Grupo de Estudios Especiales del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
