º . Modifícase el artículo 40 del Decreto 1932 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 40. Transitorio. Dentro de los cinco (5) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto, es decir, hasta el 29 de febrero del año 2000, el Ministerio de Defensa adecuará la organización y funcionamiento de acuerdo con las reglas en este señaladas".
