Art. 156. En el caso del artículo 390 de la Ley 105 de 1890 , devuelto el expediente por el Procurador se dará en traslado por seis días al defensor del reo, para que presente su alegato. El Secretario exigirá al defensor un fiador abonado que responda con él de la oportuna devolución del proceso.
