Los documentos privados de valor de ciento ($100) a mil pesos ($1.000) llevaran estampilla de sanidad por valor de dos centavos ($0-02), y los de más de mil ($1.000), por valor de cuatro centavos ($0-04). Estas mismas cuotas pagaran las cuentas de cobro contra el Tesoro Público Nacional, Departamental o Municipal.
