Article 11

La Indemnización A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto Se Liquidará Con Base En El Salario Promedio Causado Durante El Último Año De Servicios, Teniendo En Cuenta Exclusivamente Los Siguientes Factores: 1

ARTICULO 11. La indemnización a que se refiere el presente Decreto se liquidará con base en el salario promedio causado durante el último año de servicios, teniendo en cuenta exclusivamente los siguientes factores

Asignación básica mensual devengada a la fecha de supresión del cargo;

Prima técnica;

Dominicales y festivos;

Auxilios de alimentación y transporte;

Prima de navidad;

Bonificación por servicios prestados;

Prima de servicios;

Prima de vacaciones;

Prima de antigüedad;

Horas extras.
