º . Responsabilidad. Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar serán responsables de la administración de los recursos del Fondo de Vivienda de Interés Social destinados para el crédito hipotecario, en cuanto a la evaluación financiera y evaluación moral de los deudores, aprobación del crédito, cumplimiento de los requisitos, recaudo de cuotas y demás sumas, así como la recuperación de cartera.
