Art 2.° La contabilidad jeneral incluirá en el presupuesto que debe presentar al congreso de 1867, i los Siguientes hasta la espiración de cinco años a qué contrae la mencionada nota, el crédito de dos mil pesos ($ 8,000) para pagar al señor Triana los trabajos i publicación de la Flora Colombiana i de la Jeografía botánica de Colombia.
