Previa las comprobaciones que el Gobierno señale para el caso, los parientes de los servidores de que trata esta Ley tendrán derecho a las gracias que señala para los herederos del difunto, en caso de desaparecimiento que haga temer su muerte, aun cuando no se llenen todos los requisitos que para declarar la presunción de muerte por desaparecimiento exija el Código Civil.
