Art. 54. Respecto de los buques que lleguen a uno de los puertos habilitados, habiendo salido de uno de los puertos, se procederá como si vinieren de un puerto estranjero.

Parágrafo

En los puertos francos desempeñará las funciones de Ajente consular, en lo relativo a las certificaciones de que tratan los artículos 41 i 42, i en todo lo demas atribuido por este Código a dichos Ajentes el Administrador de correos nacionales.
