Sanción por incumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 2.2.3.3.8. El incumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 2.2.3.3.8 acarreará una sanción de ciento treinta y uno coma cincuenta y siete (131,57) UVT cuando no se presente la solicitud en el término señalado. Si el titular de la licencia no presenta la solicitud de modificación, dará lugar a la pérdida de los derechos conferidos en la autorización.
