Art. 2004. El arrendatario no tiene la facultad de ceder el arriendo ni de subarrendar, a menos que se le haya espresamente concedido; pero en este caso no podrá el cesionario o subarrendatario usar o gozar de la cosa en otros términos que los estipulados con el arrendatario directo.
