Art. 3° En el caso de que el interesado o consignatario, prefiera que su cargamento sea examinado en una Oficina de Comercio, deberá presentar cuatro ejemplares del manifiesto por menor, de los cuales uno se remitirá por el próximo correo a la Oficina de Comercio correspondiente. La Aduana examinará pieza por pieza de una manera escrupulosa la duodecima parte de los bultos de la misma especie i contenido; i si no alcanzaren a doce, examinará siempre uno.
