La Contraloría General de la República vigilará el adecuado recaudo de los recursos de la sobretasa ambiental de que trata el presente decreto, así como su correcta ejecución. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las interventorías que existan para el recaudo de peajes en las vías de que trata el presente decreto.
