Las personas que por razón de algún trastorno mental se encuentren inhabilitados para desempeñar de manera temporal o permanente su profesión u oficio habitual, tendrán derecho a acceder a las prestaciones económicas generadas por incapacidad en las condiciones establecidas en las normas vigentes para los trabajadores dependientes e independientes.
