El operador con atribuciones disciplinarias que tenga conocimiento de la posible ocurrencia de una conducta que pueda ser constitutiva de falta, podrá adelantar transitoriamente la indagación preliminar en los términos previstos en la presente ley y remitir en cualquier momento las diligencias practicadas al que en definitiva deba conocer de la misma, con el fin de que continúe con el trámite correspondiente. En ningún caso podrá citar a audiencia o emitir decisión de archivo.
