Si dentro del plazo previsto en el artículo anterior se hubieren presentado observaciones, la oficina nacional competente notificará al solicitante para que dentro de sesenta días hábiles haga valer sus argumentaciones y documentos o redacte nuevamente las reivindicaciones o descripción de la invención.
