Artículo cuarto. Por decreto separado el Gobierno señalará las fechas en que habrán de realizarse las elecciones de que trata el presente Decreto, observando un término prudencia la efecto de la realización de los concursos correspondientes de que trata el artículo 2° del Decreto-ley 1698 de 1964.
