Art 15° Aceptada por la Junta una propuesta como la mejor, el Administrador general de la renta procederá a celebrar el contrato respectivo, el cual será enviado por el inmediato correo al Ministerio de Hacienda, para que lo someta a la aprobación del Gobierno, sin cuya aprobación no se llevará a efecto.
