Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, los artículos 58, 59, 60, 61 y 78 del Decreto Ley 267 de 2000, y modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 11, 17, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 70 y 71 del Decreto Ley 267 de 2000, y los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto Ley 888 de 2017.
