° En virtud de lo que dispone el artículo que precede, el Gobierno reconoce á la Sociedad colombiana de Ingenieros establecida en Bogotá como Cuerpo oficial consultivo y le otorga las siguientes gracias: 1.ª Una subvención de mil doscientos pesos ($ 1.200) anuales para la inspección de los trabajos que á juicio de la misma Sociedad deban publicarse. 2.ª El uso gratuito de un local público adecuado para que en él se conserven los archivos, biblioteca y museo de la Sociedad.
