El artículo 154 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, quedará así:
Artículo 154. OPORTUNIDAD. El tercero civilmente responsable, que haya actuado durante el proceso en calidad de sujeto procesal, podrá intervenir en el trámite incidental de liquidación de perjuicios que se promueva con posterioridad a la sentencia.
El incidente se tramitará conforme a los artículos 63 y siguientes de este código.
