Distribución del mayor valor de la participación . Los reglamentos de las carteras colectivas podrán prever la posibilidad de distribuir el mayor valor de la participación mediante la reducción del valor de la misma. En todos los casos se entenderá que la reducción del valor de la participación no podrá conllevar la reducción del valor inicial del derecho pactado en el respectivo reglamento. En el reglamento se determinará las condiciones bajo las cuales se podrá realizar la distribución de que trata el presente artículo. T I T U LO IV GASTOS Y COMISIONES
