Las oposiciones que con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente Ley se hayan formulado ante el Ministerio del ramo y no hayan sido resueltas por éste, se enviarán a los Tribunales respectivos para que sean decididas de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores. El término para formalizar las oposiciones será de tres meses que se contarán desde la fecha en que el expediente respectivo sea recibido por el Tribunal.
