Artículo único. En la adquisición de elementos de cualquier género para la Litografía nacional, podrá prescindirse de la formalidad del contrato previo aprobado en Consejo de Ministros, cualquiera que sea la cuantía á que ascienda el valor de esos elementos, y será suficiente la aprobación de las respectivas cuentas de cobro hecha por el Ministro del Tesoro, previa autorización, en cada caso, del Vicepresidente de la República encargado del Poder Ejecutivo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
