° Las penas de presidio y reclusión se cumplirán en cada caso en la Penitenciaria que indique el Gobierno, a menos que por disposición expresa de la ley se autorice su cumplimiento en otro establecimiento. También pueden cumplirse dichas penas en las Colonias Penales en las circunstancias y condiciones previstas en este Decreto y en las leyes Sobre la materia.
