Decreto 190 de 1996 · por el cual se dictan normas que reglamentan la relación docente-asistencial en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.

Tanto las instituciones de salud como las educativas podrán suscribir simultáneamente, de acuerdo con sus necesidades, capacidades y complejidad de los programas académicos a desarrollar, el número de convenios docente-asistenciales que consideren convenientes.

Parágrafo

Las áreas de influencia para el desarrollo de las actividades docente-asistenciales, se pactará autónomamente entre las partes que suscriban los convenios, atendiendo criterios de cobertura y complementariedad.
