Article 14

Los Bienes De La Secretaria Y Todas Sus Actividades Estarán Exentos De Impuestos Nacionales, Departamentales Y Municipales

Los bienes de la Secretaria y todas sus actividades estarán exentos de impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales.

Parágrafo 1

En lo referente a exenciones aduaneras, la Secretaría deberá ceñirse a lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 1274 de 1940 y al artículo 6 º del Decreto número 1646 de 1949. Toda importación deberá ser aprobada por la Junta Directiva.

Parágrafo 2

Las transferencias a título gratuito u oneroso, las herencias y legados a favor de la Secretaría estarán exentos del pago de toda clase de impuestos.

Parágrafo 3

La correspondencia de la Secretaría circulará en los correos y telégrafos oficiales libre de porte. VI - CONTROL FISCAL.
