El arancel establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, entra en vigencia a partir del 16 de agosto de 2015 previa publicación en el Diario Oficial , por el término de dos (2) años, y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1° del Decreto número 4927 de 2011 y sus modificaciones, vencido este término, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto número 4927 de 2011.
