Los colombianos que tengan doble nacionalidad residentes en el exterior, definirán su situación militar de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente en Colombia, a menos que lo hayan hecho en el exterior, lo cual se comprobará mediante certificación expedida por las autoridades extranjeras competentes.
